The onslaught of the recent recession has brought about numerous changes in the global economic climate. Many governments have tried to find solutions to alleviate the effects of the economic downturn but many of their efforts have come to naught. The debate on whether governments should increase spending to bolster failing economies has raged on and off over the years but a sustainable and practical solution is yet to be found.

Wednesday, May 5, 2010. Alright well everyone I just got home from Paris to days ago. What an experience that was! Um YEAH. But it was surprisingly delectable! Though they certainly could have eased off on the rum component. I might as well have been drinking a coctail. I now realize the guy behind the counter was trying to tell me this, but of course, in french. Lesson learned, take basic french someitme in the future! So, a little disappointed, we headed via metro to the Eiffel Tower.
